Baccarat is a card game that's easy to pick up yet offers a surprisingly rich depth of strategy. At Salon Prive 70gsm, there are three main bet types you can place:
| Bet Type | Payout Ratio | House Edge |
|---|---|---|
| Player | 1:1 | 1.24% |
| Banker | 1:1 (-5% commission) | 1.06% |
| Tie | 8:1 | 14.4% |
| Player Pair | 11:1 | 10.36% |
| Banker Pair | 11:1 | 10.36% |
The Banker bet carries the lowest house edge, making it the most strategically sound choice for long-term play.
The Bead Road board helps you track result trends — Blue = Player, Black = Banker, Green (edge) = Tie.

Many online casino platforms claim to offer a VIP experience, but Salon Prive at 70gsm sets itself apart in three key ways: unrivalled streaming quality, genuinely professional dealers, and a solid support ecosystem.
Players from Kuala Lumpur frequently note how lag is virtually non-existent on 70gsm, even during peak hours on Friday and Saturday nights. This is because 70gsm invests in high-capacity server infrastructure specifically optimised for the Malaysian market. The result is a truly seamless live streaming experience where every moment of gameplay unfolds without interruption.
For players from Johor Bahru, Penang, Ipoh, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and beyond, Salon Prive at 70gsm brings world-class casino entertainment right to your doorstep — no travel required. All that luxury is now just one click away.
Baccarat has a long history in Southeast Asian gambling culture, and many Malaysian players who grew up hearing stories of baccarat tables in grand casinos feel a deep personal connection to the game. Salon Prive at 70gsm honours that sentiment, designing every aspect of the experience to respect that tradition while bringing it fully into the digital age.
First and foremost, familiarise yourself with the payout table and house edge for each bet type before placing large sums of MYR. Statistically, the Banker bet is the most favourable for long-term players, with a house edge of just 1.06% — compared to the Tie bet, which carries a house edge of 14.4%.
Set a gaming budget before entering Salon Prive and stick to it without exception. 70gsm provides a deposit limit feature in your account settings that lets you control how much you can deposit daily, weekly or monthly. This is a Responsible Gambling practice that 70gsm actively encourages for all its members.
One more useful tip: make use of the Bead Road and Big Road statistics boards available on the 70gsm interface to identify recent result trends. While baccarat is a probability-based game and no system can guarantee a 100% win rate, tracking trends can help you make more informed and controlled betting decisions.
